Our Story

Where Taste Meets Tradition

Founded in 2010 by Chef Amir Raza, Ember & Spice began as a small charcoal grill tucked into a Gulberg alley. Today, we honor the same fire — slow-smoked meats, hand-pounded spices, and recipes passed through three generations of Lahori kitchens.

Every dish tells a story of ember and spice: the crackle of the tandoor, the aroma of saffron rice, the char on a perfectly smashed patty. This is dining that feels like coming home.
